We will have a 30-minute phone call.The goal is to learn if this is the right moment to join the Stride program

The goal of this session is to give you clarity regarding your plans and to give you clarity about what is holding you back from accomplishing them.
Select group of professionals
If we agree that the timing is correct, we will shake hands and stat working together.
We go through a detailed selection process to choose the best and most prepared professionals to participate in the program.

Discovery meetings
You will spend three meetings working with our head coach and founder, the biggest name in youth sports management. We will work on creating a solid base for your organization, represented by the pillars of culture, leadership, and management. At the end of the third meeting, we will build a 90-day plan so that you can apply everything you have learned.
