We will have a 30-minute phone call.The goal is to learn if this is the right moment to join the YSBA program
Free strategic session
The goal of this session is to give you clarity regarding your plans and to give you clarity about what is holding you back from accomplishing them.

If we agree that the timing is correct, we will shake hands and stat working together.

We go through a detailed selection process to choose the best and most prepared professionals to participate in the program.

Meeting #1
You will spend three days working with our head coach and founder, the biggest name in youth sports management. We will work on creating a solid base for your organization, represented by the pillars of culture, leadership, and management. At the end of the third day, we will build a 90-day plan so that you can apply everything you have learned.
Meeting #2
Now that you have started building a solid foundation, let's talk growth. We will spend 3 more days talking about indicators, growth and strategy. After this meeting, the goal is for you to be able to build a strategic plan so that your organization can reach its goals in the next 5 to 10 years.
